Ø LINE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION OF EACH PART
(1) Hydraulic decoiler:
Automatic model; motor power drives decoiler shaft and opens steel coil, and hydraulic power expands steel coil inner diameter. Decoiler also includes pneumatic power brake device.
The decoiler is single head model, max loading capacity: 10000kg
Suitable steel coil inner-diameter: ¢508mm, max outer diameter: ¢1000mm
Main data of decoiler:

Line totally includes 2 sets hydraulic decoilers.
(Note: in order to protect workers safety, decoiler working area will be covered with Safety net)
(2) Main roll former:
Main roll former uses single forming stand model, welded steel base plate.
The transmission system includes main motor (AC motor), decelerator, chain, gear and chain wheel; roll forming line working speed can be adjusted by transducer, in order to satisfy different working speed and state requirements.
All forming roller is designed by specialized software, and these rollers are numerical control machining, quenching treatment and surface polishing finally, so the roller quality is not problem for final profile requirements.

Main roll former is driven by 2~8 motors, each motor power is about 7.5Kw, and total power is about 15~60Kw. All motors will make roll former keep suitable working speed in any time.
The machine base plate is welded steel model, Chain and gear move the line, motor drives. All working actions are control by electric cabinet.
Yield strength of raw material: ≤550MPa
Machines must be equipped with a warning sound and light signals for the safe operation of older workers.
Note: in order to make main roll former working condition is safe; we will match the "safe rope" system. Whatever worker finds trouble in any part, he just needs to push this "rope", and the complete roll forming line will be stopped immediately.
(3) Hydraulic Cutter
The cutter model is stop to cut;
There is one small waste piece after cut actions.
Cutter tool material: Cr12 (HRC58~62, it is equally as American material D2)
Cut length tolerance: ±2.0mm (the cut length tolerance is not accumulation)
Cut-to-length range: 2800~13500mm
The cutter can be cut the final products on confirmed length, and the length is automatically fixed by coder.
(4) Hydraulic system:
It supplies the power for the hydraulic decoiler, coil car and cutter.
Main components of hydraulic system are motor, oil pump, filter, electromagnetic valve, pressure meter, oil tank and etc.
Main hydraulic valves will use Italian ATOS brand products.
Hydraulic motor power: about 7.5Kw
(5) PLC Control System:
This system uses Schneider PLC to control all working actions. Production quantity and each piece length will be automatically measured; human and machine interface, touch screen is input and cancelled the working data. It is convenient to control the roll forming machine.
The control panel has English operation interface, it is convenient to operator to input and cancel working date.

(6) Automatic stacker:
The stacker is automatic model.
Complete stacker includes 3 parts, each part length is 4 meters. The total length is 12 meters. When the stacker collects suitable quantity final sheet, the output device will push those sheet out of stacker part and worker can use forklift or bridge crane to move away final sheet.
This rack can be disassembled easily, in order to satisfy different working condition requirements.
Note: when final sheet length is smaller than 2000mm, the stacker cannot be finished stacker's function.
